Here I did something for a dear friend. She loves gardening and just got promoted. It had to be something where all these things came together.
The cake itself was a simple sponge with lemon flavoring and colored yellow. The icing was colored green and flavored with vanilla essence. Green leaves and strawberries are made of fondant and so are letters. Some piping in dark green is made by icing .
