Egg free biscuits

The food allergies are one of the reason why it is so nice to be able to make your own tasty but safe treats at the same time.
My friend is allergic to egg so these are egg less .


100 g of plain flour
100 g of self raising flour
100 g of butter
50 g of gold caster sugar
1 tea spoon of vanilla essence
pink coloring
chocolate to melt and sweets to decorate



 Prepare the dough it will be fairly stiff one. I colored mine pink.



Fill the piping bag with dough and use large nozzle to pipe lines , circles and s - shapes on baking paper. Preheat the oven at gas mark 4. Bake for 12/15 minutes until golden . Allow cooling before removing biscuit from the baking paper. Once cool dip one end in the melted chocolate and decorate with sweets.
