Frozen chocolate and cream cake

My modest Birthday cake. I prefer my cake this way :


Very simple really. Take silicone mold. Melt 50 g of white chocolate and cover inside of the mold. Put into freezer whilst you prepare dark chocolate. 200 g melt and line the mold. Return to freezer. 



300 mls of whipping cream is whipped and sweetened by 1 or 2 tea spoons of sugar. Use small pot of fruit yogurt and you will also need small tin of fruit and sponge fingers.
Layer mold with cream, fingers dipped in fruit juice, cream and yogurt, fingers , cream,...until you get to the top. 

 


Allow 2 hrs in freezer . Peel off silicone mold.

 
Ta daah! This is how i like my cake!




The best about this one is that sponge fingers could be dipped in alcohol - like Baileys and you can use natural yogurt - that will be like frozen Tiramissu.  Or you can use different fruit. Or if you have more time you can pipe white chocolate into more delicate decoration - possibilities are endless!
