Christmas pop cakes

I was invited to a Christmas party at the place I volunteer. Everyone was to bring something little so made some Pop cakes.

Prepare sponge cake - I made chocolate one.

As you are waiting for the cake to be cooked make up some icing and allow it to chill.

Once cooled down crumble the cake down and mix it with the icing and some forest fruit from compote.

Chill the mixture for twenty minutes. Then make small balls out of the mixture. Stick the pop stick in it and dip it in the melted chocolate. As the pop cakes are cold the chocolate will harden very quickly - so if you want to decorate with sprinkles you must do it then.

I used several different ones from this website http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181177895207?ssPageName=STRK%3AMESELX%3AIT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

Allow to chill until chocolate hardened. Then use some cellophane and ribbon .

Stack them neatly next to each other so they look irresistible and hard to choose one.
