Cup cakes with chocolate hats look nice for Halloween !
prepare chocolate mix for cup cakes, bake your cup cakes
chill your cup cakes
make up chocolate and orange frosting
use split piping bag and flower tip to pipe on the cakes

poke little marshmallows on cocktail sticks and dip them into chocolate - place them on the grease proof paper and as the chocolate slides of the marshmallow it makes this hat effect - then chill
when harden remove the hat from its cocktail stick and place it on the top of the cup cake
