Camo cupcakes

These were made for my daughter's camo day. It was charity - collecting money for families which lost someone whilst serving the country.

Prepare mix and color it green . Don't mix it well as different shades of green will create the illusion of camouflage.

Prepare chocolate ganache and top the cap cakes. Place the strawberry on whilst still warm. Chill in the fridge.

Chelsea T shirt Cake

This cake was requested as a present from my coworkers to other coworker. She is mini Chelsea  Dragon !!!

Firstly I baked chocolate , then lemon flavored - blue sponge sheet.

I made Chelsea Dragon out of fondant and allow it to dry out. I also cut out letters and numbers.

Once sponges cooled  I glues them together with the lemon buttercream. Cut out the T- shirt shape and ice the surface.

Cover cake with blue fondant. Place all cut outs on the top. Make a collar detail and run fondant bottom edge around the cake.

Hopefully she will like it !

Name Day cup cakes

It was my name day on 4th so I made some cup cakes.

Prepare butter as usual . I decided to put some fruit id it so I di not need any flavoring or coloring.

Fill the paper case half way up.

Put the fruit in.Make sure the fruit is drained.

Bake in pre heated oven at gas mark 4 for 15 minutes.

Allow to cool. Then decorate with icing.

Put on some flowers and sweets.

I sprayed the tips with silver spray and cut out my name as well.
